Very poor business person. I run a small abnb and Paula Ruel booked with us, never showed up, never cancelled and contacted us weeks later to dispute charges on her credit card. Very unprofessional.
Please be aware that this review is based on my professional experience, not as a client. With over 15 years in the animal care industry, I can confidently say that I have never dealt with someone as rude and unprofessional as Dr. Ruel. As the General Manager of a training center, it is essential for us to maintain up-to-date vaccination records for all the animals in our care, as mandated by state regulations.
