We brought my daughter in here for 2 visits. Each visit was 1 hour long. These visits were just discussions between the doctor and my daughter, she didn't receive any interventions or procedures. The total cost for these 2 hours: $1,500. WITH insurance! We were charged for 2 hours of visits and then an additional hour of paperwork that they apparently did on this. What?? $1,500?? My knee surgery cost less than that! The cost for this was obscene. And charging me for an hour of paperwork!? Is that a joke?? DO NOT GO HERE

Charlotte Neuro kept setting appointments with a Neurologist who could not help me. Now it has been exactly 4 weeks after seeing him and I am waiting on insurance authorization for Injections into my neck for Neck Dystonia. I called my insurance today and apparently Charlotte Neuro hasn't even submitted my pre-authorization. WHY would Charlotte Neuro NOT submit my claim in a timely manner? I am almost ... read more

In this day and age, it is rare to find doctors that spend the time to listen and understand your concerns. Dr. Phelps and the rest of the practice have always been the greatest. From the doctors, nurses, front personnel and everyone, including the recent lady Trish that I spoke to on the phone today. My sister Paula Dedering and myself went to his office because of chest pain, shortness of breath and fatigue. He set up the initial test of a CT scan with contrast to determine if I had any blockages. I went back to see the doctor to go over the results of the scan. The test showed I had blockages in the two main arteries between 49% and 69%. This test only shows estimates not exact facts. Dr. Haynie claimed these results did not warrant any further testing. Horrible life threatening experience with this doctor Haynie. When he saw my 77 yo family member for chest pain and her ct with contrast showed 2 arteries 50-70% blocked he told her to go see her primary care to find root cause of chest pain and fatigue because it was not her heart. She demanded a catheterization and was referred for bypass surgery!! Utterly awful doctor. Condescending and so rude. Run from this doctor!!!
A successful relationship between doctor and patient includes open communication with the ability of patients to question their doctors as well as the ability of doctors to assist patients with their questions/concerns. I would and will never come back to this hospital...I came here sick..saw Dr. Michael Mollo...after leaving..l saw he had put on my chart and record that l am opioid dependent..l AM NOT..l am in the process of talking to supervision to get this remark removed...or l can gonna take further action...what a lowdown sorry thing to put on someones record because they have had ONE particular drug over the past few years after 11 surgeries from a car wreck..and l take nothing for pain at home..only after surgeries..
