These liars examined our equipment for an insurance claim that was damaged from a leak and said that it had previous structural damage and was neglected. Now insurance won't replace a $30000 item when we have equipment coverage. When I pointed out that the equipment was used during the leak because we didn't know it was leaking he said he wasn't aware of that but that he works for the insurance company and wasn't going to change the report in my favor.
