This has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is so caring.
Dr Youn is a nice guy, I never have a problem with him. He's a good listener and gets right to the point.
Everyone from Michelle and Terry at the front desk to Dr Youn was professional and respectful of my time and questions that I had. I’m glad I found this office.
While the office was nice and office staff kind and competent Dr Youn himself was Dismissive rude and condescending, I did not feel heard at all, my questions were not answered and it seems as if he was annoyed or inconvenienced by our appointment. I have never had this experience with NY blood and cancer with any other practitioner in this practice. To say it was a bad experience would be an understatement. I would never use him for any type of care or allow him to treat my loved ones. Just awful
