Worst customer service ever!!
We brought a Mitsubishi eclipse picked it up Thursday seventh of July 2025, Pete was a nice young guy very helpful, also dealer principal Mark was great to deal with very friendly (much better than Brett) don’t forget my steak dinner Mark lol……
I spent over $65,000 on a Tiguan with this dealership. The infotainment been nothing but problems throughout my ownership (black screen, no sound, no reversing camera etc.). Every time I take the car to them, they do a 'software update' that never fixes the issue despite me telling them that the software update doesn't work and that the infotainment unit itself is faulty.
