We picked up our new car today and were very happy with the service provided by Josh. The car arrived within the specified time frame with all the additional features requested, and it looks amazing. Josh took the time to explain the many features available in the new model, and also invited us back next week if we have any questions. So far we are very impressed with the car and the service provided!
I purchased a 2025 Tayron from this dealership in January 2026. I couldn’t fault the level of service I was provided by all of the VW employees including Daniel. Daniel’s communication was excellent and any question was answered promptly. Would definitely recommend this dealership
Went in for a service on Saturday drove vehicle for 200 kms on Monday and get a warning light to check oil levels after checking the dipstick and see the oil is only on a quarter hence why the warning light was up paid nearly $500 for a service to only get an oil filter if im lucky also checked where it has been parked for 2 days no leaks nothing in engine bay where has the oil gone or was there even oil in it at all zzzzz. The maintenance was completed last September, but it was found that four screws on the bash plate were missing, and two other screws were loose. The four screws on the same side are missing, and the bash plate has no scratches, so don't try to say it was knocked off.
Picked up our new vehicle today. Josh and Shrav were excellent from start to finish. Easy to deal with, happy to answer any questions, friendly and professional. A pleasure to deal with and buy a new car from. Thank you to Josh and Shrav for the assistance, much appreciated.
