Brought my car in for a service. They were extremely unprofessional. They didn't change the oil, the coolant, or clean the car as the service policy promises. They told me my windshield wipers needed repairing but they were working in perfect order. FELIPE was completely in utter denial that he missed anything although upon further inspection and questioning he disappeared from work although he had only been there an hour.
