My daughter brought her Kia Picanto in for a service and recall on Monday 30/7/25. Nicole was so helpful and friendly and rushed it through when she heard my daughter had an appointment. Nicole is a wonderful employee and the service provided by her was greatly appreciated.

You have just lost 2 lots of our business due to exceptionally poor service from service team. Both my wife and I have had our cars in recently for service. My wife has been waiting on a part to fix the car for 3 months , only to be told now she has to chase it up.
