Unhappy and frustrated!!!. Bought a new car in 2024, only one year old and the battery went flat twice. An old battery was installed in the new car confirmed by NRMA mechanics. Costed me $374 to replace to a new battery. We bought new Toyota and Suzuki in the past, both had good 4-5 years battery life before we replaced.
Helpful staff and thats where the positive stops........ This depressing place needs a knockdown rebuild like every other dealership around it. Or move it somewhere else. Its either to hot or cold in there and you cant swing a cat in the pathetic carpark. Its like buying a car in the 80's
I thought they would give me great service, as they were phoning me constantly when my name was on a waiting list for a new D-Max through SG Fleet. Now that I'm ready to buy, I asked for a new quote on 17 April, sent a follow up email two days ago and still no response from the dealership. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
