The Indian salesman was very rude and judgmental. I’m not sure what the exact demographics of Campbelltown are or what type of customers you usually deal with, but the dealership was completely dead on a weekday, and the salesman still refused to let me take a test drive. You’re definitely in the wrong job — that’s not how you make sales… All other dealerships around the precinct were much better.
Brought a second hand i30 earlier this year and had a great, no pressure experience with Ryan and Tom. They answered my questions, let me take my time and don’t push me to make a choice on the spot either times I visited.
I recently took delivery of my New 2025 Hyundai i 30 N Line premium sedan and really love the car. From the car price to advising on what accessories to add right thru to delivery the experience was very positive.
