my exp was very good,all aspects very good Dr and staff.
he did a fine job,explained everthing very well.it took a while but i only wanted to be worked on at southwoods.staffing was always very good with me.
Waited a month only to be rescheduled for close to another month later. I then received another call because he apparently now had another procedure to do the day of my already rescheduled consultation and was told it would be another month longer. I canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere.
I never had a visit. I made an appointment and had to wait over 1 month to get in. The day of my appointment I stood outside his office for 45 minutes ringing the bell, calling the number, calling the other 2 offices, but never received an answer. The next day I called, was told there was an emergency, "sorry", and I could be rescheduled 5 weeks later. I understand emergencies happen, but with 3 offices you would think someone could call patients and let them know appointments are canceled. Then the Dr. should squeeze cancel... read more
