Paul was my agent when I purchased a home through an interstate 1031 exchange. The process was more complex than a typical home buying process. Paul was very familiar with the various neighborhoods I was considering for my budget and the exchange process. Amazing Agent. Always was in communication with us. Guided us to make sure were happy. Took very good care of us from day 1. We bought our first home and are so greatful to have Paul as our agent. Professional and always on time when we were house viewing. He put us first befor himself and always encouraged us to ask questions. 100 % would have him as our Real-estate Agent again and 100% would recommend to anyone buying/selling their homes.
First of all we had some pitfalls. Paul had to work around a lot if obstacles. Family illness. We really needed a quick sale on a property less then desired for most. Paul went over and beyond the job requirements. We highly recommend Paul for all your real estate needs. Could not have done this without him in a timely manner. Thanks again.
