I am very happy with my care and treatment at all of the Texas Oncology offices I go to. Dr. Loar is my main Doctor and I feel comfortable and cared for during my visits. My chemo appointments are comfortable and pleasant. I feel cared for by all the staff. All my questions and concerns are answered and anyone that I have talked to takes real time to talk to me. Dr. Paul Loar is the best! I was fortunate to have been referred to him by one of my other doctors and could not have been more pleased. He is not only professional but personable and I have complete confidence in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Loar.
Most people cringe at the idea of revisiting memories of our own cancer....looks, voices, responses are all remembered through the fog of fear at what's going on in my body that I cannot see. My care, vis-a-vis Dr. Loar, assuaged my initial fears. He was kind .... at the right times he was even humorous .... always he was efficient and I believed in him ..... so I did what he told me to do. He helped me believe that I would be well......and I am. Can't ask for more than that in a physician.
He’s a very friendly person, makes you feel very comfortable. Yes I would definitely recommend Dr. Loar. He actually makes you feel like he cares.

Dr. Loar is a very caring, thorough, gentle physician. From the very first he builds confidence and it is easy to place yourself in his capable hands. He really cares about his patients. I am trusting him with my life.
