40 years ago, Dr. Tullar saw me through a twin pregnancy, and he delivered my twin sons. What a wonderful doctor he is! I couldn't have asked for a more kind, considerate, caring doctor. He's truly one of the best, and I feel very lucky that he delivered my sons.
If you get Paul Tullar as your doctor you are a lucky lady!! He delivered my 2 oldest sons and helped my husband and I get pregnant with our 3rd. I miss him so much! Good to see he is back in Texas!!
