Health Care service is a very hard thing to deliver. There are endless regulations, payment restrictions, liability concerns and staff shortages that make it unlike any other service we utilize. My recent experience at Dr. Thomas’s office was flawless and on par with the high end hospitality industry. Things moved quickly, professionally and everyone smiled and treated me as a person not a patient. And of course there is nobody more professional and caring than Dr. Thomas. I highly recommend!
Ordered test and saw me again that day
The receptionist was very friendly and I only waited a few minutes in the waiting area before being called back. X-rays were taken before I saw the doctor. Dr. Thomas did a great job of explaining what was going on and went over the x-rays with me. He also answered my questions. I never felt like he was in a hurry to get through with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas.
Visit was for Knee pain. Dr Thomas is upbeat, easygoing, skilled and thoroughly professional.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thomas’s for more than 10 years. He listens to me by sitting down and talking to me. He didn’t hesitate to make an aggressive decision to get an MRI on my lumbar back in July of 2014 after I’d started having acute pain for the very first time ever in my back.
