Worst experience ever! I talked to them on the phone on a Monday about a SUV that I liked. Was told it wouldn't be a problem getting me into it, even though I TOLD them I had limited income and TOLD them my credit score was bad. I was assured that I would be able to get the SUV for what I'm currently paying now. I was told it would be possible because of the liquidation sale and the up to over $4000 KBB.
