Took my truck in for regular service of oil and fuel system. After returning home I found a fuel leak at the lower fuel filter housing. I took it back to have Thigpen **** to fix and was told by service writer ********************* that it would cost me over $500 to fix what they screwed up. I left and went to another dealer and found that I could fix the fuel leak for a $12 part, ************* was just upset because I had asked him why no one was working on my truck when I had taken back after service so he lied to me about... read more
Took my vehicle to the ********** dealership, to have my vehicle serviced..l was told l needed a catalytic converter and two ********************* October of last year, and after spending over $2000.00 the vehicle is still not fixed nor are they willing to fix it even though l have a one year warranty. This dealership has gone downhill since it was taken over from ****** and the customer service is subpar. Worst people to deal with
Worst experience at a dealership. Sold a vehicle I was going to purchase right before I arrived at dealership. Hung up the phone on my face when I was trying to get an explanation. Very rude customer service. Dont recommend them at all.
