On two occasions my monthly rate went up without explanation. When I emailed Paul St. Laurent asking why the rate went up I was ignored. I switched providers and got better coverage for less money.
I love Paul’s agency. The staff is amazing and know your name when you call. These guys will always find the best value for your needs

I knew I was in trouble working with this agency when I had to call twice to get my insurance cards which had not arrived. Surprisingly.. on my second call the owner blamed it on the mail being really slow these days which was nonsense. I called after a year had passed to question why my auto policy had gone up since we have a perfect driving record with no accidents Etc. Hid response was, inflation.
