Is this a real business??? I've tried calling twice and some lady always answers and insist on answering my questions about a Van that I am interested in. When I pressed to speak with a mechanic, she hung up on me.
Edit: Since I'm not able to reply to the owners comment, I did reach several times and you were not able to help. The dealership is over 2 hours away from us and not feasible to tow it back. The dealership that helped us said the truck/engine was bad from the beginning or from work that was done on it at the dealership. I would not want to bring it back to a place that willing sold a bad truck just to try and you 'fix' it. I have bought several vehicles with high mileage with zero issues and better customer service.
