I sold my home with Paul and closed 11 days ago. This was a huge move for me, as i never sold a house on my own and had no experience making the kinds of decisions I needed to make. While I felt fairly confident, there were moments where I felt like Paul was a calm, guiding hand that helped me keep my feet on the ground. No question was ridiculous or burdensome.
If I could pick a million star review I would. Five doesn’t seem like enough! Paul was such a huge part of our move and he made it so enjoyable and most important easy! He was there for us with any questions and made it a fun experience, not a stressful one. He will go out of his way day or night to get you the answers to your questions, reassure you, and help facilitate a quick and easy process. Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with when we sold our rental unit. Having known him for a long time, it was an easy decision to choose him for our real estate needs. Paul is incredibly compassionate and patient. He remained positive throughout the entire process, even when there were hiccups with potential buyers. He made everything smooth and worry-free for us. I will choose Paul again when we're ready to sell our next home and will also hire him to find my own place in the future!
As out of town buyers from Philly, we were worried at first that trying to find the right home in a hot market from 5 hours away would be impossible.
