Update after reply: I was reviewing Shoopman in general - I never specified the neighborhood. And yes - I am 1000% sure it' is a Shoopman home because Mr. Shoopman displays his name prominently on the front of the homes he builds A brand new condo shouldn't have to have the AC replaced within 5 years. The ACs put in the condo are designed for mobile homes, not condos. Our Street also remains unpaved, 5 years after purchase. Mr. Shoopman was supposedly "waiting for all the construction to be completed" before paving the roads... read more
