Dr.Chen saved my husband from succumbing to septicemia after surgery for a femoral neck fracture. Not only did he provide great comedy relief in a pretty grim situation but acted immediately to my husbands needs. As a retired nurse I knew too much & stressed too much. Dr. Shen has a passion for patients that unfortunately seems to be lost in our current medical system. His passion drives him to find "answers" to the root of a problem with unique treatment plans. Which helps patients gain a greater quality of life while simultaneously healing symptoms. Dr. Shen is very talented doctor. Humboldt County is VERY lucky to have him!
Dr Shen is the most compassionate and caring Doctor that I have ever met, he was able to make my mother feel very comfortable during a very bad time, and did a wonderful job! He has a great approach, and there’s a very good medical doctor!
Dr. Shen is the a very caring Dr. who cares very much about his patients. He calls family daily to provide updates, and leaves no stone unturned when looking for the root of a medical issue.
