Really terrible service. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I brought in my 2022 Yukon XL for 6 recalls and a couple of other minor items. I asked about warranty on the drivers door handle due to all the chrome falling off and I never got an answer. They kept my truck for 2 full days. I had to call at the end of the second day because I needed my truck back and I wasn't being notified. Two days equals 20 hours. What were they doing for 20 hours? This is ridiculous. Even though I am almost 70 years old, this was the first opportunity in my life to drive a brand new Chevrolet out of a dealership. It was and still is an awesome experience. The staff at Paul Sadlon Motors really made me feel like a somebody.
