Great doctor. Always listens to my needs
I've seen Dr. Paul Shapiro multiple times and feel very well cared for! I've had one surgery and scheduled for a second soon. Two different issues. Offices always great to work with.

The care itself was good, and I'm glad that a doctor's note was written for a medical exemption to be in place until physical therapy is done with. However, for the $25 spent in trying to get a vital FMLA document processed, I expected it to be in Patient Portal and signed within 24 hours of payment. One final question: is it the responsibility of the specialist to schedule physical therapy or is it the responsibility of the treating physician?
