Had an overall great experience with Paul’s auto body. Jay is transparent in his communication and went above and beyond in providing the best service for my car. Matthew was also quick in answering my questions over email. Overall, the rates were fair, customer service was excellent, and you could tell the shop genuinely cared about providing the best quality of service. Would recommmend.
The shop is newly managed (don’t pay any mind to the reviews from 6 years ago), Matt and Jay are so great. They kept me up to date on everything and took incredible care making sure my car got original parts and not aftermarket as insurance would have wanted to cheap out on. did a wonderful job with my car - super honest and transparent process. felt like my car was in great hands the entire time
The insurance company’s recommended shop had a 4 month wait just to get my car in. Jay was able to get my Tesla back to looking new in a few weeks not months. Hopefully I won’t have to come back here anytime soon but glad to know there is a body shop I can trust if I need to.
