Had an issue with root build up in my sewer line. Called Roto-Rooter at 9:15am and they were on site by 10:30am. Technician diagnosed the problem, offered a free estimate, and had the problem fixed by 11:05am. Fast and professional service-doesn't get much better than that!
We had an issue with our kitchen plumbing over the holidays. Glen from Roto Rooter came out and could not have been better. The issue was worse than initially thought. He was very thorough and continued trying different ways to snake out the blockage until it finally worked. He could not have been more professional. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing help.
The dispatcher was both knowlegable and helpful. the serviceperson (jim) was prompt(well within the hour) he went to extra lengths to diagnose the problem and then was very knowlegeable in the procedures involving correcting my problem.
The service representative arrived shortly after we made the request. He explained the cost for the service upon his arrival. He ran the cable clearing the drain. He was quick and very professional and explained what he did.
I tried to fix my toilet myself and got into real trouble - could not finish the job and had water everwhere. I called Roto-Rooter at about 2pm and in just an hour Don showed up to help me. I was impressed with him - he looked like a business professional! not the typical plumber depicted in the old Saturday Night Live parody (Dan Akroyd). In less than an hour Don completed the work - I used my Yellow Pages Roto-Rooter coupon and saved $35 - and Don was on his way and I was able to start doing something else.
