I would recommend Roto Rooters to anyone in need of plumbing and drain service. Their prices are very reasonable and their employees are very friendly and personable.
Our sewer backed up into our basement one night, and Roto Rooter was there within the hour. They snaked the drains and opened the block. We had some more gurgeling from the drains a week later. When we called again, they came right over and redid the drains at no charge. But, what they found was that our pipes were corroded and broked. Overall, I was very pleased with the service that Roto Rooter provided. Scheduling the service was hassle-free. I called to schedule the appointment late in the afternoon on Tuesday, and Roto Rooter was able to schedule the main sewer line cleaning service for the following day. I received a courtesy call to confirm my appointment on the day of the service, and was given a specific time when Bill would arrive at our house. We had a major back-up in our sewer and our basement filled with sludge. The service technician was exceptional and fixed the problem (after much hard work.) Hopefully we won't have the issue again, but if we do, I know who to call!

We have been having a problem with water in our basement and wanted our sewer line checked. Mike #6602 came as scheduled, listened to the entire story, and brought in his equipment. As plumbing goes, Mike encountered a little mess, but fortunately it only required some old newspaper, some paper towels, and a trash bag. My basement drain backed up late at night and I scheduled an appointment online for early the next morning. They called early and were there at the beginning of my appointment window. They fixed the line quickly without any fuss. I have used Roto-Rooter for every plumbing issue I've had in two houses.
