My lumbar disc replacement fell apart and this guy will blame everything and everyone but himself. His whole staff, Shelby Devaney and Scott Siegel, should be reprimanded for their poor, dismissive behavior toward patients like myself.
Nice bed side manner, but this guy left me worse off and didn't care to help fix what he broke. The surgery he performed has left me with chronic back pain, which I never had before going under the knife with him, and made my sciatica worse. I was written off after I raised concerns about my post op pain being unusually bad. If I could go back in time and NOT see him, I would.
My experience with Dr. Paul Jeffords and his staff was fantastic. Every member of his team that I dealt with from before, during and after my microdiscectomey surgery were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Shelby Devaney answered all my questions and Dr. Jeffords put me at ease prior to the procedure. Not only all this, but my back was 100% better immediately after my surgery. I highly recommend this Doctor and his team.
After pursuing many alternatives with no results, I was referred to Dr Jeffords and wished I had called him sooner than suffering with back pain for the last 2 years. I was so hunched over and in pain 24/7. My surgery was a huge success with the pain gone and now I can stand and walk without pain. Thank you Dr Jeffords for restoring my quality of life. I will be eternally grateful.
This guy spends more time offering more surgery than actually listening to my persistent complaints after my failed neck surgery. I'll be going elsewhere.

Saw him as part of a worker’s compensation claim, kept me waiting for 2 to 3 hours. I bought a mri only wanted me to take a X-ray didn’t even look at my mri. He represented the insurance company and said nothing was wrong with me I argued with him and he said the lawyers will fight it out.
All he cares about is his ego and doing unnecessary surgeries. Multiple surgeries later and still in pain. thanks for nothing.
ZERO STARS! My experience w/ Dr. Paul Jeffords at Resurgens was THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE of my life. He PROVIDED ME w/ literature & verbally confirmed on multiple occasions exactly where my scar would be. In fact, the only reason I went w/ Dr. Jeffords was because my scar would not be visible in a bikini when other surgeons I consulted were going 2 make the incisions elsewhere. I had spinal fusion surgery in July. There was immediate relief from the hip and back pain I had experienced for several years. I wish I had done it sooner. I am 63 years old and now feel 5 years younger. I can again enjoy walking, bicycling and enjoying playing with my grandson. Thanks to the team for making me better than ever.
