Dr. Prinz is an excellent Doctor and I trust him completely. He previously had to do a surgery on my left wrist and that turned out wonderful. It sure eased the arthritic pain I was experiencing. I am scheduled for another surgery to replace my left shoulder due to arthritis again and I will be happy to get rid of that pain as well. He does a wonderful job and treats his patients with kindness and respect.
Staff was welcoming, friendly, informative, patient, knowledgeable. Dr Prinz and staff made me feel at ease. They clearly explained what was going on. They managed my expectations very well.
