I love this theatre!
It is a great venue to have workshops and shoot scenes. I participated in a workshop and it opened my eyes for more venues to shoot at. Definitely worth considering for your shoots or workshops.
I only went to a screening of a friends short film which was recently finished. The theatre is small and it feels like you are in a film studio. It has a raised stage 36” height (?). Pro theatre overhead lighting system ti light the stage.. I must say I really liked the vibe of this space. But the seats are fixed and it is a theatre. There is a small gathering room in the front with a glass storefront. The rent according to their schedule was a very reasonable $25 per hr.
The bathroom is in the performance space, highly convenient. Never a bad show, either
