The entire team is the same from start to finish. Dr. Panzica and his staff are efficient, kind, and thorough. So many extras you will pick up on yourself once you become a patient. I would like it if they had a NP on staff.
For a routine physical fine, doctor is nice, but never has any availability, so you only see the nurse, or maybe get a call back.
Dr Panzica has been my doctor for about 20 years and he is a very thorough Dr. He listens and addresses all your concerns . He takes his time, and does not rush. I also love the fact that he will try more holistic ways of dealing with a medical problem rather then just prescribing medications right away. I also have never had a problem getting in to see the dr when we are sick, usually squeezed in on the same day we call!! I just love this Dr and all the employees!! I appreciate all he has done for my family!
