Two years ago I reported a claim to Paul at his agency for hail damage to the roof of my 12 year old home. Leaks occurred due to damage and the storm even put dents in my porches metal roof. But the Inspector for Progressive said there wasn't enough damage to warrant a claim and denied the claim. My neighbor 3 houses down also had Progressive and they ok'd his claim ??
