The staff at Paul O’Connor was exceptional. Ariel, the funeral director was very professional and thoughtful during our difficult time. Teresa Wright, who performed the service was exceptional. Everything we discussed before the service was incorporated into the ceremony. Family and friends were so impressed with Teresa, they said it was the best funeral they’ve ever been too. Thank you

When Dad died in 2022, Mom and I chose Paul O'Connor Funeral Home because Steve, one of the funeral directors was prompt to reply, courteous and explained the options quickly and clearly, and I did not feel pressured. We were not disappointed. Two years later Mom died, and besides the fact that Microsoft had a major OOOOOPS, everything was handled so well, between Steve, Jeanette and Susan. I am very thankful for the support I have received from the whole staff, especially Ariel, who helped me navigate through the entire process. The staff were quick and answers emails promptly. On the day of the funeral, they gave us private time and even when I picked up the urn, I was moved by their sincerity during this time of grieving for me. Great assistance from staff and genuine interactions.

Such an incredibly caring team that helped us during a most difficult time after losing our brother so unexpectedly. They think of everything when you can’t. They were all so compassionate especially our funeral director Steve. We can’t thank them enough for caring for our family members over the many years when we have needed them.

Paul O'Connor staff and director are caring and amazing, I've used them twice and the experience was extremely good both times. I highly recommend this funeral home. They treat the deceased with respect and dignity and the family with caring and sympathetic professionalism.
