We were so grateful for the services provided by Paul O’Connor in general and Ariel Bada in particular during the recent tragic loss of our dear mother. Everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and calm, which truly helped us through this very difficult time. Paul O’Connor Funeral Home treated me and my family with kindness and respect. They did a wonderful job with how they handled my Mom and they made sure to ask me if everything was the way we would like it. Though awful circumstances brought my family to Paul O’Connor funeral home, their wonderful staff made the process very simple and stress free. Everything was handled with respect and care, which we appreciated. Highly recommend their services.
When Dad died in 2022, Mom and I chose Paul O'Connor Funeral Home because Steve, one of the funeral directors was prompt to reply, courteous and explained the options quickly and clearly, and I did not feel pressured. We were not disappointed. Two years later Mom died, and besides the fact that Microsoft had a major OOOOOPS, everything was handled so well, between Steve, Jeanette and Susan.
