Dr. Phelps and Maria were fantastic to work with. Immediately upon entering the office I knew Dr. Phelps was the surgeon I wanted to work with. His office was immaculate and Maria was so knowledgeable and kind. Absolutely amazing experience from start to wonderful and beautiful finish! Could not be happier with the results! I look even better than I had hoped and you truly cannot see any evidence of the surgery other than the amazing results. You can actually see my eyes when I smile! The ONLY thing I would change is having the surgery performed years ago with Dr. Phelps. I had a bilateral upper blepharoplasty and internal browpexy to help the results last longer. Dr. Phelps and his entire staff were outstanding. I had a tag on my eyelid and the whole procedure was thoroughly explained to me. It was over and I was waiting for them to start. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him.
I had External Levator Advancement with Dr. Phelps in March 2020; his kindness, care and concern is amazing. He is a wonderful surgeon and even though my eyes are still healing, I can already tell that the procedure was successful. For the first time in quite a while I have peripheral vision. I highly recommend Dr. Phelps.

After 2 other surgeries with others, Dr. Phelps completely eliminated my tri-chi-a-sis in both eyes. I have not had any eyelash problems since then close to 6 months ago. He is outstanding!
