Dr. Phelps and his staff are always professional, friendly, attentive, accessible, and compassionate. Dr. Phelps follows closely before, during and after surgery. Top notch doctor and staff.
Dr. Phelps and his staff are amazing. Dr Phelps explained my procedure so that I understood everything that was going to happen. He encouraged me to ask questions and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Phelps and his staff made me feel completely comfortable during my procedure (which turned out amazing). Dr. Phleps and his staff are kind, friendly and they went out of their way to make sure I felt at ease. I definitely recommend Dr. Phelps.
I had a very good experience with Dr Paul Phelps. In my 70s, my eyelids were drooping, which interfered with my vision and looked unsightly. Dr Phelps explained the procedure thoroughly and walked me through it painlessly and worry-free. I am totally pleased and satisfied.

If you need any oculofacial plastic surgery done, look no further than Dr. Phelps and his amazing staff!!! I had my blepharoplasty done here last week and they were absolutely amazing. Dr. Phelps uses a CO2 laser to perform the procedure which leaves very minimal bruising and bleeding. His entire staff takes absolutely the best care of you. A huge “THANK YOU” to this fantastic team for taking such good care of me!
