We did good at at the shipper. I had a 6 p.m. appointment so I know everybody had to get ready to go to work but it got done in a timely manner. The gentleman that loaded me was very polite came out talk with me we had a good time.
I never can seem to get unloaded early there. I hate it when they say they will try to get you unload early and they don't. Pisses me off when you get there early, and it is past your appointment. Then a JB Hunt pulls in and gets right in a door, and I am still waiting for a door!
They forgot I was there. Before and after docking.
This place is flippen slow had to pu 13 pallets 7 hours
The part about that cold storage that I like was there a little on the personal side they will come out to your truck and they will make sure you get in your door cuz they're going to wake you up it's not like you can miss a phone call and they come out to your truck after your loaded and make sure you you know it's time to go get your paperwork and see you and such so that part was really probably the best part
This place or the person working the night I was there is a joke. Never had a shipper say it was my fault THEY loaded my truck wrong. Picking up load with 4 stops. They finally get me loaded after 5 hours after appointment. Not a big deal but still frustrating. The thing that made me do a double take was the gave me 4 sets of bills for my stops in the order they where supposed to be delivered. I only get handed 1 seal and that seal number on all bills. Look this place is easy to find.and I'm here almost 3 time's a week. the volume of freight that goes threw the doors at this cold storage is truly amazing. I haul jennei-o turkey Store product's and I never see anyone slacking off.... Thay do there very best to get you in@ out
I have never been there and got loaded in a timely manner Sorry place to load and unless you just need a place to kill five hours plus.
Pretty easy to get to. Got me loaded in a timely manner, very nice people at shipping/receiving desk.
