Must have the slowest employees on the planet. 8 hours to load a truck is not acceptable. I would not recommend coming here.

Took 18 hours to get loaded. Seriously. After I sat in the door burning refer fuel for 7 hours, finally told me my product wasn’t there. They were waiting on incoming loads. Been there many times. Always behind. Always slow.
Great place to load. Got there half hour before appt time, was loaded in 20 minutes. Thanks Mike.
Got there at 1400 for a1700 appointment, finally got loaded at 2300....they seemed to have misplaced my order after I got the pick sheet, I checked at1800 they didn't know I was there!!! When they finally got things straightened out they said my appointment was 10AM So was told I was late and would be awork in
What a shit place. We were here at 5.45 am got loaded after 9 hours and the weight are not good. Went back for reloading still sitting here and now out of hours long live the ELD.
If you are going in here to pick up be prepared to do a 10 hour break here. This place is a joke!!!
They put me right in the door got me unloaded and never released me left the light red waiting on paper work after 2 1/2 hrs I went in to office got my paper work and went in unlocked my truck and left.they never come out to tell me it was done.
I've been to Newport cold storage many times, it's usually a bad experience. Yesterday was actually not bad. But I wouldn't advise anyone to pickup or deliver there.
