I like this office and the people there, they do good work. It's just getting them to stick to an appointment is whats difficult. I know Dr. Berger is going through somethings medically but it is still frustrating when your appointment is constantly getting cancelled.
DR BERGER AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF IS THE BEST THAT I EVER ENCOUNTERED, HE ALSO HAS A AWSOME REFERRAL DATA BASE. IF DOC BERGER HAS TO REFER YOU YOU CAN BE ASSURED THEY ARE OUTSTANDING DENTIST. IE DOCTOR SERGIO M VENDETTI ORAL SURGEON THAT CALLED MYSELF AND STEP SON AT HOME TO CHECK UP ON OUR PROGRESS. DR VENDETTI ALSO HAS A FANTASTIC STAFF AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. ROBERT (TIM) JACOBS
Last year I would have given this staff excellent reviews; however something has changed with this office staff within the last 7 months. Appointments are being cancelled and the patient is not being notified until they show for their scheduled appointment. This has caused a great inconvience to people's work schedules. I would strongly not recommend anyone to Dr. Berger as a new patient. Please look elsewhere to find better customer service.
Nice office. Dr. Berger himself is not your traditional dentist but an absolute joy! Most staff members are very friendly and highly competent. He was out during my last procedure and I definitely felt a loss. When my employer dropped the plan that included Dr. Berger I decided to enroll in a plan that he did honor and pay for it 100% just to avoid changing doctors!
excellent, personality and affordable i would highly recommend him to anyone, chair side manner is geniune and the front desk is very helpful
The Staff is great. The reminders on appointments are poor. We have missed our appointments because of this.
Dr. Berger is very laid back, low-key and very pleasant with patients. Very nice guy. Appearance and decor wise - think sweet biker dude meets surfer dude and that is my impression of him and the facilities. For me, all that lowers my stress level at the dentist, but maybe not for everyone. I had to have 2 crowns (done several years ago in another state) redone and they are much better than the originals. Beth was my hygienist and did a fantastic job. It was actually a relaxing experience...
He has the best staff! The two hygiensts, who happen to be sisters, are the most thorough, yet gentle hygiensts i've ever had. Maybe it's genetics. Dr. berger is wonderful at making you feel at ease. He's the most down to earth, tatooed dentist I've ever met. very entertaining. I wouldn't go anywhere else
