Extremely friendly, did not feel like taken advantage of like other places b/c I am a woman. Things were explained to me and I was not talked down to which appreciated. I was told at other places I would have to buy new tire & rim which I did not believe to be true & they would have to order fm Volvo so just came to Volvo which will come always fm now on. Enjoyed my day at this dealership. I was really just looking trying to get an idea of the vehicle I wanted to purchase but the salesman and the lady that does the paperwork was so professional I purchased the vehicle that day. One thing I liked about Mr. Burns he wasn't real demanding because that would have been a turn off to he let me take my time and think about what I was doing and I appreciate that.
Exceptionally poor service from a Volvo dealer. Took off work and drove nearly two hours each way to have my vehicle serviced. Upon arriving they advised me that they couldn’t open the hood of the car (confused because the hood opened normally prior to the visit, I told them normally I would take it to the dealer but they ARE the dealer). Nevertheless they ordered the hood part and told me to come back so it could be installed.
