I was blown away with the exceptional service Martel Braymer provided! He knows how to build a great rapport with clients and is genuinely dedicated to satisfying each individual need. He is not only sincere but extremely personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from a great dealership. Martel is knowledgeable and truly cares about the impact he has on his clients. I love my Honda Accord and I couldn't have made the purchase through a more qualified company.

Was traveling the Natchez Trace Pkwy and had a service light come on. Found Paul Moak via Garmin. Had a misfiring cylinder. PM did the diagnostc and repair in 2 hours for $150 ... given I was from Maryland they could have easily tried to rip me off. Thanks for a good job at a reasonable price. -Doug W

Have not been satisfied with the service department. Decided to change to a different place for servicing my cars after I felt like I had gotten nickel-ed and dimed one to many times. They take a long time to work on a car, and don't provide any sort of loaner or courtesy car to make it easier on you. Will never return to this dealer again.

I have not been satisfied with the service department. Always trying to nickel and dime, and recommending services that in my opinion are not necessary. They do not provide loaner cars and are not very quick in returning the car. Used a coupon for service once and it included an inspection. The invoice had around a $70 charge for an inspection. When I asked why that was not included in the coupon, I was told that the inspection I was charged for was more thorough than the one on the coupon--they are both visual inspections. ... read more
