First time ever crying after a haircut � I had pretty long hair, which I was trying to grow out, I went in for a trim and ended up with a VERY short and uneven cut. After the instructor showed my stylist how to trim my layers the instructor left her alone to do her thing and that’s when she proceeded to cut off roughly 5 inches of length. My first visit to the Paul Mitchell School. I was a little apprehensive at first but my technician Shae put my fears to rest. I was treated to a stress relief massage, then razor cut on sides, shampoo, conditioners, and the scissor cut to blend it all in. Great experience and would highly recommend. Ask for Shae.....

Some customer service advice: Since you have qualifying questions that may deny a customer a certain service, ask them those questions while they are booking an appointment, instead of waiting until they get there to tell them you won't provide the service due to a product they use or whatever other reasons there are. How inconsiderate. Very disappointed.
