You have these hard working students paying regularly for this high priced program, but you can’t address their needs when they have an issue? Students are counted absent when they’re clock-in doesn’t work, and even with proof they were there in class you refuse to honor it and fix these mistakes? Ridiculous. Just so you can force them into suspension, to have to pay the $100 for re-enrollment fee, and go past their contract end date to pay the $13.00 a class hour to finish.
