I called to check for openings and I got to talk to someone but then I stayed on the phone for 5 minutes waiting to get an answer and never did. I hung up before someone came back.
I went online to make an appointment for cut and color. After a few days of hearing nothing, I called the school/salon to make an appointment. We scheduled and appointment for Saturday at 1 pm. I arrived to Paul Mitchell at 12:45 pm that Saturday. I was told that the girl who was supposed to do my hair was still working on her previous client, hadn't taken a lunch, and wouldn't have time for me. Alexis did such an amazing job! I came in with 3 different colors in my hair, which included red, and she made me a beautiful blonde! She took her time and was so meticulous. So friendly and wonderful people at Paul Mitchell School :)
