4 hours for two tone (Brown and orange) uneven, 3 inches too short hair. The students and teacher did not care. The only one who cared was the cashier, who did not charge me as I sat there sobbing. Horrible experience. Will never go again or have anyone associated with this place to come within 6 feet of me ever again. Wish I could post pics so everyone could see the nightmare that is now my hair.

I already had a sew in weave in my hair, and I just went to get it curled. The whole time the girl who was curling my hair was insulting the way my weave was sewn in my hair, and insulting the person who had done it (my friend). She said " You actually paid for that?!" Rude. On the way out she didn't hold open the door for me like every employee has done all my visits there. And I texted her personal phone number recently to get the prices on sew ins that she does at home, and she plain ignored mw. Unprofessional.
