The staff is AMAZING here and the students always seem to be determined to do a great job! Looking forward to the fundraising event they are hosting at the end of the month!
When we arrived the woman at the desk was on the phone answering questions from a potential client.. However when she finished her conversation she totally ignored us and started talking to one of the students...a nice "I'll be with you in a moment" would have been the way to handle this. The volume of the music was way too HIGH. Then it took 4-1/2 hours for my moms perm...the student was way way too slow and very unsure of herself.. the instructor had to finish styling my moms hair...the only reason I gave 3* is because eve... read more
They was good at there job , love the people they was very friendly
I fully understand they are students, but the stylist was showing she was nervous and kept call the instructor to help. Ultimately someone else had to finish/redo my style. Just a simple straight style, she was using a plug up flat iron. DAMN! we used marcel irons when I was a student, now that was hard especially learning to regulate the heat properly.
