I've been there on several occasions, and have been completely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend.
The girl who dyed my hair left the dye on for 45 minutes, came back with food in her hand, and my hair is now falling out. Don't go here. Ever. I called them 3 times and still haven't gotten a response from the "director".
I will not go anywhere but here to get my hair cut and colored!
Had an excellent cut from a talented novice and her instructor. Plan for an extended visit, since students must wait for teacher approval before proceeding. However, this allowed me to lunch at nearby Smashburger.
Graduated from PMTSL in 2009, I received good education and wonderful hands experience. That I have taken with me throughout my career. The staff was really wonderful, and I really enjoyed my time at PMTSL.
I'm so glad I made the decision to go to Paul Mitchell the school, I intended to go thinking it was a barber school but my first day notice there where alot of beautiful women and found its a cosmetology school, I was and still am proud of my self for sticking with the program, and everyone in that school has been so supportive and so amazing! This school by far is the most amazing and most motivating environment and I promise it will change your life if you allow it!
Review is indicative of my last cut only. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable experience. Two supervisors worked with the student who cut my hair (Tammy, I believe) and neither stepped in to try to correct the cut which the student very clearly did quite poorly. It was very uneven, inconsistent throughout, and she shaved my neckline completely off for no apparent reason.
