Horrible experience! I was here over four hours getting highlights. When I saw the results I was immediately dissatisfied. They looked disgusting to be honest. I asked the girl if she would re-do them and she did. However, that only made my hair look worse! Now I have orange hair and want to cry every time I see my hair in the mirror. I called today about getting a refund for this monstrosity but apparently Paul Mitchell does not give refunds for services. Even if they are botched. What kind of a salon doesn't give refunds??... read more
This school is great! Made an appointment for cut and color. Chanique did an excellent job on both and the instructors were always around to help guide and ensure I was happy. I'll will go back!
Wonderful experience today as always! Victoria did an awesome job coloring and trimming my hair! Great price too!!
As always, Katie Rowe did an excellent job on my hair! I always give her a challenge and she NEVER fails! I was sad at my time of checkout because Katie will be graduating in a few weeks. I know for sure that she is going to be very successful! I will follow her wherever she goes. Great job, Paul Mitchell the School for teaching and creating awesome stylists!
I went for the first time an had an appointment w Savannah Peeples. I was very impressed w the teachers, how they made sure that Savannah was secure in what product to use, ( using pink underneath), and checking throughout the color and cut to make sure she was doing great and I was happy. I am in love w my hair and the service was top notch!
