Awesome experience! My granddaughters hair came out amazing!
It was my first time and I was a little skeptical at first but I left quite satisfied. I had Donna Taylor and she turned my simple cut into one of the most satisfying haircuts I've had. My hair felt like a feather when I left out of there and the cut was nice and clean. I'm not too big on change but Donna was very patient and she took her time making sure certain cuts where exactly how I wanted (I was fearful of cutting off too much of my bangs because I've had some awful experiences in the past). Do not EVER go in there to get your hair done. My daughter went in for SIMPLE blonde highlights and 11 hours and 2 days later she came out with orange and pink hair. I have called the director and had no return phone call. They are absolutely NOT professional as my daughter was not one of there projects. If you want to do what YOU want to do - practice on a wig. The student was awesome and he kept telling the instructor what she wanted but the instructor had there own agenda. If they would of made this right for my daughter ... read more
