Took my 15 year old stepdaughter in to go from an auburn color to blonde. Her mother had used some box dye over a year ago so it was pretty faded. We spoke with two instructors who insisted that the color she wanted would be achieved. She wasn’t trying to go platinum just back to original ash blonde color. What she left with was RED. Paul Mitchell is running a scam on their students. See my last post about them & how many students are wrongfully kicked out of school, just for their money. 10/10 will not recommend the Dallas campus. We will see by the end of this if you should even trust Paul Mitchell as a brand.
