I went in to day for a blow out and cut. I am african american with natural hair. I realize that paul mitchell products are more for Caucasians but i know that the right tools can also play a part in any hairstyle. With that being said, if you are claiming b able to do natural hair, and i ask if you can, then you should truly b able to do that. Amazing experience! Addie did a great job coloring my hair! I've had tons of compliments!! Everyone was so nice and I enjoyed watching the instructors lead the students! I can't wait for my next appointment with Addie!

This place is great. I will never go anywhere else! Changing my mind. The good one graduated. The last one ruined my hair and I made an appt with a teacher to fix it, and they didn't show up. AT ALL. Doors locked. I'm still having to go around with HORRIBLE hair and wonder if they will deign to call and let me know WTF happened, why they were closed and how freaking early they will get me in TOMORROW. Because they damn well SHOULD since they wasted my whole day today and I still have fucked up hair.
