Was given an estimate of 3 hours and ended up there for 5. My stylist also ripped out a piece of body jewelry, can’t find the jewelry, and I was told they aren’t responsible. I will never return.
I would highly recommend the Paul Mitchell school!! Each time I have had some services done the students were friendly, courteous, and very eager to do a great job!!! I have always used the Phase 2 students and never had any issues. Supervisors are always near to verify work or clarify an issue. I have been here multiple times and will continue to come and get my colors done here 😊
Sad and happy at the same time that my days at Paul Mitchell the School Birmingham are about to end! So excited for my career path but I’m gonna miss seeing all my best friends so often. I’ve gotten lots of messages asking about the school and what it was like. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to school here. It's 18,000 to go and most of the students can do better hair than the owner. Most of the good reviews written by students are when they first started. I guarantee if you ask them now they would tell you a completely different story. It is drama filled and if you aren't the teachers pet you will be treated like crap. Go to Winonah not here. Save yourself the time and heartache and pick a different school.
