My husband and I purchased a car here today. The service was amazing! Miguel was extremely helpful. Not your typical car dealership. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back in the future when we need to purchase a 2nd car!
My wife and I picked up our 2017 Forester. We loved the way we were treated, and the service that Miguel provided us with today. We would definitely buy from them again.
Very impressed with the service experience. My disappointment is with Subaru corporate. Low beam bulbs keep burning out on my 2011 Legacy. Subaru has extended the warranty for this issue, however, I don't believe they are addressing the real problem. Getting a low beam bulb replaced every 4 to 5 months is a huge inconvenience.
Are you going to keep deleting my review? I thought this is my right to express how unprofessional this dealer is!!! Increible!!!
Rob in service was great. I was a little unhappy with how long it took to get my car back, but it was worth the wait. Rob and his team were able to figure out a way to save me a bunch of money on getting my keys replaced. I appreciated how much time he/ and his team put into it.
I would also give them zero stars if I could. Service manager took my car for a ride and broke it and came back and said that it wasn't running rite even though it was fine when I drove it in. Then told me he didn't want my car. Found out later he was beating the he'll out of it. Didn't even care that he broke it. Won't be doing business them. Joyce Honda got my business. awesome people there...
